At The Seeds of Hope, we are committed to fulfilling your sacrifice and distribution with integrity, transparency, and care.


Due to the nature of our services, all purchases of sheep or camel sacrifices are final.



No Refunds or Exchanges



Once a sheep or camel has been purchased on your behalf:


  • The animal is immediately allocated for sacrifice.
  • Procurement, preparation, and scheduling processes begin right away.
  • Funds are committed toward the purchase, slaughter, and distribution.



For this reason:


We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase has been completed.


This policy applies to:


  • Sheep Sacrifice
  • Camel Sacrifice
  • Any Qurbani, Hady, Sadaqah, or related animal sacrifice services




Exceptions



Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of:


  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified system error resulting in overcharge
  • Inability on our part to fulfill the order



Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
